RALLY NOTES
All rallies are charged according to how the Group is charged by the vendor. Some are per person over 18 years and some per unit per night for up to two persons. In all cases the site rules apply and extra fees will be chargeable for extra people.
The rally fee is £1.00 per person per duration. Day visitors should report to reception and may be asked to pay a £1. Guests who would like to enjoy any evening entertainment or special event will be charged accordingly. Reception Hosts must ALWAYS be advised if you wish to bring a guest with you. Separate charges apply to Holiday Rallies. Rallies are not insured outside of the start and finish times, therefore PLEASE DO NOT ARRIVE before the stated time. Hosts cannot allow you onto site.
On arrival at the rally, Membership cards are to be submitted (payment will be collected either on arrival or later when cards will be returned). Wait to be sited by the Marshall or Safety Officer. If you are sited before paying your fees, kindly then visit the host to pay. The host will require membership card, registration number and payment.
